Clare Murphy has started a new series on her editing blog, The Invisible Mend. She is exploring the role of the editor in the digital age through conversations with a range of colleagues. And I have the great privilege of being the first person featured. in part one (posted 4 May), we discuss how I first realised that I was an editor, and the desirable balance between training and experience.
